Hi, it’s Debbie Jones from the Ideal Method. I am so glad that people are watching the videos; it’s exciting. Today, what I want to share with everybody is how to release some stress emotions, and these are all based on the teachings of Eden Energy Medicine. I’m a certified Eden Energy Medicine practitioner, and it’s all about energy in the body and how do we get that energy flowing and moving so that it supports us through the day. So, when our energy is flowing and moving, we feel good emotionally, we feel great physically, we feel really good.
Signs of Blocked Energy & Stress in the Body
Some indications when the energy is not flowing the best to its ability or there might be some congested parts in the body is sometimes we might feel a little bit frustrated, we feel the stress, and it might show up in different ways. For me, when I get under stress, it’s frustration, and I always tell people I get my nice little cranky pants on, and they feel really good when I’m under stress. And sometimes, you get little aches and pains in the body, and these are all indications that energy needs a little boost to start flowing.
Energy Healing Exercise: Releasing Frustration
So today, I’m going to show you a really simple exercise on how to release the stress emotion of frustration. You know, over the next couple of days, we’re going to be doing exercises for all types of emotions: fear, grief, panic, but today, we’re going to do frustration. So I’m going to show you the exercise, and then we’re going to go through it together.
All right, now, this exercise can be done standing up. It can be done sitting down, or it can be done with just using the sound that we’re going to do during the exercise, and the sound is… so it’s almost like an angry librarian telling people to be quiet. So, the exercise is very simple: you’re gonna bring your hands up over your head. I’m going to lean down just a little bit. You’re gonna make a fist, and you’re gonna throw all of that energy down into the earth as hard as you can. The sound is… and it looks like this. Okay, we’re gonna do that three times with force, and then on the fourth time, we’re going to come down and very quietly… [Laughter] …then zip up the energy.
Okay, all right, so let’s get ready. We’re going to bring our hands up, we’re gonna make those fists, and come up again, and on the third time… one more with force, and then the last time, we’re gonna come up, make those fists, but very gently, and then we’re going to zip up the energy. Bring your hands up over our heads and push the energy out and rest our hands on our legs. And that’s the exercise to release the stress emotion of frustration.
