The use of tuning forks is a form of sound therapy.
Sound therapy is said to help not only physical illness, but also help balance the emotions and quieten a busy mind. Most people feel calm and relaxed following treatment. For some, this feeling will last several days.
Energy Medicine is an approach that involves restoring the natural balance and harmony to your body’s energy systems for the purpose of increasing your energy, strengthening your mental capacities, and optimizing your health. Disruption in the flow of the bodies energies can cause energetic imbalances which may result in disease.
Working with the nine energy systems that are identified in Eden Energy Medicine, (Aura, Meridians, Chakras, and more) and bringing these energy systems in balance allows your body to enter a space where it can facilitate the natural healing process, and then you can experience a natural state of well-being physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
The most powerful part of Energy Medicine is that you are in control of your own healing. By showing you easy, yet powerful energy exercises that you can do at home, you are empowered with essential healing tools to support and retrain the energy patterns that are in place and move them to healthier patterns that will improve your health, increase your vitality, and enrich your life.
What to expect during our session
Each session allows time in the beginning for you to share your intentions for the session. You will then lay comfortably on a massage table (fully clothed), while tuning forks are used to scan the area around the body (aura). Weighted tuning forks may also be applied to certain areas of the body to benefit from the vibration of the forks. Time is reserved at the end of the session to reflect and ask any questions.
If we are meeting in-person, our location ensures that your visit is private and confidential. My schedule is designed so I only see one client at a time in order to keep the focus on you and your healing.
How does this differ from Reiki?
Eden Energy Medicine is a journey and a partnership between you and I. During our time together, I will be assessing multiple energy systems and providing a customized treatment. You will be given energy self-care movements to do at home to help support the work completed during our face-to-face sessions. Our goal is to get you back to the natural, supportive energy patterns that serve you best, which occurs over the course of several sessions together and routine energy self-care. Reiki does not involve the same level of participation from you.

How long will it take to see results?
Recipients typically notice an improvement after just one session; however, the effects of energy healing are cumulative. Most issues are best served by a minimum of three, generally once a week, which provides a solid foundation of well-being that promotes long-term results.
